Since we try to ship all orders out as soon as possible, we only accept cancellations 24 hours after the order has been made providing it is not shipped out yet. You can also always request a refund for store credit once you've received the package.
Unfortunately since our products are ordered in large quantities, we currently do not do any customized orders.
Everything runs true to size, unless it's mentioned in the description of the item.
